NewPro permaSeal CARE 122 Sealing for Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Product description:
NewPro permaSeal CARE 122 is a semi-permanent solvent-based system based on chemical nanotechnology. The product is used for protection and care of metal and plastic surfaces as well as painted surfaces. The treated surfaces show water-repellent, oil-repellent and easy to clean properties. Application leads to gloss and colour improvement.
Product features:
Suitable Surfaces: Metal and plastic surfaces, painted surfaces. In case of sensitive surfaces test first at an invisible area.
Material basis: Solvent-based self-organizing sealing with care agents.
Packaging sizes: By arrangement.
Storage: Shelf life of at least 24 months in sealed original packing. Protect against heat, frost and moisture. In case of exceeded shelf-life the product quality
should be tested again.
Colour: Colourless, transparent.
Viscosity: < 5 mPa×s (Brookfield Rheometer).
Consumption: Approx. 10 – 20 ml / m² (depending on substrate properties).
Application:
Application temperature: 10 – 25 °C.
Mixing: Shake well before use. NewPro permaSeal CARE 122 is a ready-to-use product.
Surface preparation: Clean surface well. The surface must be dry and free of soiling, fat, and dust. Clean heavily soiled metal surfaces with cleaning milk
NewPro permaSeal CARE 301. Clean car rims with rim cleaner NewPro permaSeal CARE 309.
Advice: In case of sensitive skin we recommend to wear protective gloves.
Application: Apply permaSeal®CARE 122 to a soft wipe and spread the liquid at the surface homogeneously by wiping with circular movements. Let dry for
some seconds, then polish.
Curing: Approx. 15 minutes after application the sealing becomes active. Curing at room temperature is finished after 1 hour.
Tool cleaning: Rinse with petroleum spirit or isopropyl alcohol.
Cleaning of treated surfaces: Clean surface with a soft wet-wipe and mild detergents.
Touching up and re-application: Apply NewPro permaSeal CARE 122 as described above.
Protective measures:
While applying NewPro permaSeal CARE 122 the security and safety procedures
recommended in the Material Safety Data Sheet should be considered as well as the instructions of the Employers Liability Insurance Association for the prevention of accidents.
