Product Description:

NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals is a liquid, acidic, special cleaner for all non-ferrous metals. It is also fully effective in the case of hard processing water and storable up to 0°C. It is free from mineral oils and biologically degradable.

NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals contains corrosion protection which preserves the metal's attractive appearance. It causes no damage to sensitive inscriptions or to rubber or plastic parts.

Furthermore NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals removes stubborn and resistant residues such as oil, grease, abrasive dust, combustion dust, oxidisation and other such adhesions caused by abrasion. Anodised surfaces are also protected.

Ingredients:

NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals is a concentrate. It contains organic acids, wetting agents, special emulsifiers and an antistatic agent.

Application Areas:

NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals is used to clean non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass, copper etc. It can also be used for cleaning stainless steel and trucks with aluminium body structures.

Processing:

NewPro Wheel Rim Cleaner B for Non-Ferrous Metals is provided as a cleaning concentrate which always has to be diluted with water before use.
The concentrate is diluted with cold or warm water, at a ratio of 1:10 according to the degree of soiling, for manual cleaning with low and high pressure cleaners, hot water or steam cleaners and for use in washing systems.
• Washing systems 10-20% (3-10 Min.)
• Ultrasonic units 2-10% (1-5 Min.)

With the ultrasonic process for non-ferrous metals, the concentrate is applied at between 1 and 6% and at a temperature of between 50 and 60°C.
