High value, HighSolids Quality!
Special paint as an intermediate coat over Two-Component EP Zinc Dust Primer for areas above and below the water line. Single, resp. thick layered corrosion protection layer, also for areas with condensing, aggressive air humidity. Suitable for container coating.
High layer thickness, e.g. up to 200 μm can be applied without any problems at each working step; Not recommended for use in the case of multi-layered systems due to the underestimation of drying times.
In the case of probable load through heat or humidity, then NewPro ACRYL PUR G Paint, Art.-Series 3040-xxxx-0011 may not be used as covering or finishing coat!!
Other colour shades are available on request, under observance of the minimum order quantities.

NewPro POX Two-Component EZA Paint – Applicable as a Thick Layer
Product and Material Description:
Contains no zinc phosphate.
Matt satin, two component epoxy resin- polyamide coating material for short-lived commodities in indoor areas, deliverable from 280 kg each colour.
Single coat paint on blasted and zinc plated surfaces in indoor areas and under veneers. Apply a maximum of 40μm dry layer thickness as first layer on zinc plated surfaces.
Regular water contact is to be avoided.

Product and Material Description:
Hard elastic, two-component epoxy resin-polyamide coating material containing solvents for particular use in contract areas e.g.:
- single coat paint on blasted and zinc plated surfaces in indoor areas and under veneers.
- for raising the layer thickness in multiple-coat corrosion protection systems, also as intermediate coating under PUR-AY-Covering Coat for natural weathering conditions.
– as covering coat in indoor areas.
In the case of zinc plating the first layer should have only 50 μm dry layer thickness.
- coating in the sense of a non-swellable barrier coating in the steam area.
- largely chemical and water resistant intermediate coating for chemical loads
- free from acid soluble fillers, therefore also applicable in underwater and ground areas, as well as for example as osmosis protection for GFK.

Other colour shades are available on request under observance of the minimum production quantities of 200 ltrs. each colour.
