Almost every cleaning order contains cleaning of kick plates at least once a month. The NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture and the Mop Cloth enable cleaning the top part of the kick plate with the same fixture without bending or loss of time.

Higher Performance with Straight Back

Dry Application

For dry cleaning, loose dirt particles are first swept away. The area is cleaned with the floor cloth or dry mop in figure eight motions. Use the NewPro-Reflex Mop System to sweep rough dirt like sand of cigarette butts onto the pan. The figure eight motion is only possible with our flexible joint (see picture).

The flexible joint of the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture allows the figure eight motions. This is more efficient than the conventional mop fixture. After removing the rough dirt, use the mop cloth, like the Reflex Micro Waffle and Terry Cloth or the Reflex Disposable Cloth and the Reflex Mop fixture for cleaning.

With damp cleaning, the liquid is sprayed directly onto the area to be cleaned or onto the mop and the floor is swiped subsequently in figure eight motions. Moist mops are taken directly out of the washing machine or taken from the cradle machine after pre-treatment and attached.

The micro mop cloths which are offered for the NewPro Reflex Mop System can be attached in the same way as the existing flat mop cloths. Simply attach the cloth to the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture, spray on liquid, and clean area in figure eight motions.

The properties of the NewPro-Reflex Micro mop cloths allow impregnating the mop cloths with the appropriate cleaning solution on the eve before usage. The cloths are folded and put into a 6 L bucket with lid (up to 20 pieces) and doused with liquid as needed. The liquid rises through the capillaries (porous material) and distributes the liquid evenly through all cloths. The moist mop cloths are transported in the closed bucket on the cradle machine with the mop fixture. Compared to conventional flat mops, ours are very light and space saving. In addition, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System can only be used with pre-treated disposable and oil cloths.

Damp Application

For damp cleaning mops are moistened right after being taken out of the washing machine or affixed to the cradle machine where they are moistened as necessary before usage. Clean with figure eight motions. Used cloths are gathered in the mop bag.

The NewPro-Reflex Mop System allows using moist mop cloths immediately. Should there be no washing machine on site, you can impregnate the NewPro-Reflex Micro mop cloths to the appropriate level of moisture. The cloths are folded and put into a 6 L bucket with lid (up to 20 pieces) and doused with liquid as needed. . The liquid rises through the capillaries (porous material) and distributes the liquid evenly through all cloths making them ready for use.

The moist mop cloths are transported in the closed bucket on the cradle machine with the mop fixture. Because NewPro Reflex Mop cloths do not need fringes to reach into corners they are lighter and therefore absorb less water.
If you want to moisten the mop on site, you need a 6 L bucket with liquid. Immerse the NewPro-Reflex Mop cloth into the liquid and squeeze. NewPro-Reflex Mop cloths do not have any pockets and therefore do not become stiff hence ensuring easier handling.

Wet Application

For wet application we differentiate between one step and two step cleaning. On site two step cleaning means cleaning the area with a lightly moist mop in figure eight motions. In the case of conventional flat mops, a floor cloth is then wrapped around the fixture or used as a squeegee if necessary for the second step.

With one step cleaning, the room temperature takes care of drying the floor area. For wet cleaning the NewPro-Reflex Mop System works also with moist NewPro-Reflex Micro mop cloths. Reflex Mop cloths absorb up to 1,5 dl moisture. The cradle machine has room for a bucket with lid into which NewPro-Reflex Mop cloths are folded and doused with 1,5 dl liquid per cloth. The liquid disperses fast through all cloths which can be used after a couple of minutes. Even if the moisturizing is done on the eve before usage, the liquid remains in the cloths if stored in a bucket with lid.

Of course NewPro-Reflex Mop cloth can be immersed into a 6 L bucket with water on site, wrung lightly and then used.
You can speed up the drying process with the plastic part of the NewPro-Reflex Systems by absorbing the soiled liquid simultaneously with the mop cloth, which you have previously used for wiping. Because the mop cloth leaves the liquid on the floor, the remainder can be re-absorbed with the soiled water.

A two step cleaning is possible because there can be no mix-up between the mop cloth and the tool.
The NewPro-Reflex Mop System is suitable for all floor cleaning methods. It is water efficient, economical and easy on the back.

Ergonomics – Best Mutual Adaptation between Man and Working Conditions

Ergonomics has moved to the foreground in cleaning processes because using the NewPro-Reflex Mop Systems helps to prevent employees' back aches and reduces sick leave. The NewPro-Reflex Mop System makes it possible to clean floors with a straight back no matter which cleaning method is used. The image of a cleaning technician with bucket, water and mop is an image of the past. Although our innovative NewPro-Reflex Mop-System is on the market, water is still being hauled around for conventional usage even though it is soiled in a short time. The pre-moisturizing method of the NewPro-Reflex Mop System makes cleaning more efficient. We advise to wear protective gloves while working with the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture, although direct contact with used mop cloths is avoided. As soon as the

clip is loosened, the used cloth drops from the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture (efficient, productive , and ergonomic).

Application Area

No matter if dry, moist or wet, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System is suitable for all floor cleaning methods. The joint of the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture was developed so it can also be used to clean vertical areas. The same fixture (telescope handle) can be used to clean outside operating distance.

This means for the application that the figure eight motions are more fluent and carried out with less tautness, without giving up the intense contact between mop fixture and floor.

The NewPro-Reflex Mop System yields a 2 or 2.5 times more efficient cleaning performance than conventional mop systems. Depending on the degree of moisture, the cleaning performance increases and the cleaning time decreases with the NewPro-Reflex Mop System.

Besides minimizing costs, which is a direct result from more efficient usage, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System has many advantages.

Manual floor cleaning is the most frequent work method. The fixtures are used multiple times per day and are subject to wear.

Application

On a conventional flat mop, dirt always sticks to the front part, while the back part remains clean. This is different with the NewPro-Reflex Mop System.
No matter if you use the NewPro-Reflex Mop System disposable - or reusable mop cloths, you achieve at least 2 or 2.5 times the cleaning performance as compared to a conventional mop.

Ready to Clean with the NewPro-Reflex Mop System

The mop cloth can be attached to the Reflex Mop fixture if necessary. It is irrelevant if the mop cloth is dry, moist, or wet. It is irrelevant if the Reflex terry cloth or waffle mop cloth or disposable mop cloth is the preferred type of cloth.
The mop cloth can easily be attached to the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture. Therefore a lot more can be achieved with the NewPro-Reflex Mop System than with a common flat mop because it does not have to be cleaned. It is more efficient and less energy consuming.

After the NewPro-Reflex Mop cloth has been used completely and the telescope handle has been released with the quick fastener, then the NewPro-Reflex Mop fixture is held over the mop bag. The Reflex Clips are loosened and the mop cloth is put in the bag for washing without direct contact. A new mop cloth can be attached and the cleaning process can continue.

Dry, moist, or wet; the application is equally simple and easy.

At disposal, the mop cloth does not have to be touched.

Efficient, Productive and Ergonomic

The NewPro-Reflex Mop System delivers high performance. Although the Reflex Mop fixture weighs only half as much as a common flat mop, the contact area of the plastic part with the mop cloth is at least 50 times less. The pressure point is therefore more intensive. If the pressure point is set into relation to the contact area, the frictional resistance is rather small.
This property will be more important with the wet cleaning method. Therefore the width of the Reflex Mop System is 50 cm instead of the usual 40 cm. The Reflex Mop fixture adapts during application with disposable cloths to the ground, as can be seen when cleaning tile floors.
